Say yes to a stainless steel tea infuser, and no to plastic!
Plastic? Yes, many tea bags on the market contain plastic. Not all, some are compostable. However, why not turn to tea leaves and invest in one of these fabulous and functional tea infusers.
Why I love this stainless steel tea infuser
- It fits most cups/mugs
- You don’t end up with bits of leaf in your tea (My old ball infuser used to allow some leaves through)
- It’s easy to use
- The tea leaves are able to move around within the infuser
Where do I buy tea leaves?
There’s now quite a few places that sell loose-leaf tea. For black tea, this can be found in the supermarket. For other types you can buy online through many small NZ businesses.
I personally buy from Emma at Heke Homemade Herbals in Nelson. She makes and sells fabulous tea! I even put Emma’s nettle leaf tea into my Goats milk, nettle, and neem shampoo bars. Brilliant right?!
What is this tea infuser made from?
It is made from food grade 304 stainless steel.
