***Gingerbread Man – the colours didn’t turn out as well as they could have***
Hence these two scents are on special. They are still perfectly safe to use. They’re just not perfect.
Soap bars are back in fashion!
How do you care for and nourish your skin? Do you know what’s in the body wash/soap you’re currently using?
These days it seems there are unnecessary chemicals everywhere, especially in skincare. However, you can change that right now.
Palm oil free
Our Nourish range of soap contains coconut oil, shea butter, sweet almond oil, apricot kernal oil, and vitamin e. This is a delicious, nourishing combo for your skin! Furthermore, we do not use palm oil in any of our products.
The only ‘non natural’ ingredients in these bars is the addition of mica (a mineral colourant) and some fragrance oils. We have available Nourish bars with essential oils (without any fragrance oil added). Although, at this stage, they all contain mica.
This range is also gentle enough for your face, should you choose to use it for this purpose.
We will be featuring some ‘one off’ fragrances in this range, so keep an eye out for these. Some of these will be fragrance oils rather than essential oils.
But aren’t soap bars messy?
Not if you store them properly. Use a free-draining soap dish/rack to ensure your soap isn’t sitting in water, and you’ll be sold on soap bars in no time. You can even buy an over-the-shower stainless steel rack which will hold at least 10 bars of soap. For people who like a bit of variety this could be the perfect solution.
At Totally Balmy I sell a range of soap storage products. These include wooden soap dishes, stainless steel soap dishes, Block Docks, and soap saver bags. To read the blog about how you can best store your soap and shampoo bars, head here.
